Boris Moljević is an attorney registered with the Bar Association of Belgrade since July 2023.He obtained his LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2020, and earned his LL.M. degree (Master of Laws) at the same faculty in February 2022, defending his master’s thesis in Copyright and Related Rights on the topic “Limitations of Copyright Relevant to the Work of the Media.”
He completed his legal traineeship at the Law Office Milić, where—after passing the Bar Examination in 2023—he continued his professional career as an attorney.
His primary areas of practice include intellectual property law (particularly copyright and trademarks), information technology law, internet law, data protection, and media law, as well as general branches such as commercial, civil, and labor law.
He has participated in numerous seminars and professional conferences, and has also served as a lecturer on topics concerning artificial intelligence, legal aspects of IT business, and personal data protection.
He is fluent in English.
